Property: EDTA2Na is a white crystal powder. It contains two crystal waters. When dried, it easily loses crystal water. It is easily soluble in water, the pH value of 5% water solution is 4.0-6.0 (25). It is hardly soluble in organic solvents like alcohol or ethyl ether.
